THE PROCESS OF DOWNLOADING BIRTH CERTIFICATE IN GURGAON/GURUGRAM

Step 1: Visit the Municipal Corporation Gurugram Office. Avoid going in your car or on two-wheelers as there is no parking facility.

Step 2: Collect the Birth Application form from Enquiry Counter

Step 3: Fill the form completely

Step 4: Get an Affidavit made from Tehsil on 50 Rupees Stamp Paper mentioning all the details.

Step 4: Attach Photocopy of Father’s Aadhaar, Mother’s Aadhaar, Discharge Papers, and original affidavit.

Step 6: Submit the Application form along with all the above-mentioned documents at the Birth and Death Certificate Counter.

Step 7: Pay the required fee of 75 Rupees in Cash at the cash counter

Step 8: Follow up after 15 days

Step 9: Once Birth Certificate is generated collect it from the Birth and Death Certificate Collection Counter in Municipal Corporation Gurugram Office.
